Students learn the elements of Shaolin quan or boxing forms that involve the hands, eyes, body and feet. Classes begin with stretches and warm up exercises and students learn to coordinate upper and lower body, and heart and mind. Students enjoy the discipline, and exercises that both strengthen and improve flexibility.
Our Qi Gong or Chi Gong class emphasises regulating internal qi (breath) control as a means to stay healthy and focus one’s mind. Students learn various intergrated forms, movements and breathing techniques that improve flexibility, stamina and over all well being. Health benefits includes regulating and improving the heart, lungs, stomach, spleen, and liver. Students find the class rejuvenating and relaxing
This class focuses on improving flexibility, range of motion, and balance at any level. Whether you’re looking to stretch out after a good Kung Fu class or are trying to get deepen your splits. We utilize active, dynamic, static and isometric stretches from kung fu/qigong, yoga, dance, and gymnastics approaches.
