To get started in your training of Qigong the most important part is willingness to learn, curiosity and a positive attitude .
What will I Learn?
Students learn the slow gentle movements of Zen and Taoist energy practices to cultivating energy, terminologies and concepts related to vital-energy, and healing and energetic applications . “Qi” (Chi) meaning vital-energy and “Gong” (Gung) meaning work and accomplishment, or skill that is cultivated through steady practice.
Together, Qigong (Chi Kung) means cultivating energy, it is a system practiced for health maintenance, healing and increasing vitality.
What if I am a beginner?
All levels are welcome to any class. We will meet you at level.
What should I Wear?
Wear comfortable clothes and shoes you would wear to any kind of work out class.
